I was very impressed with the diligence and professionalism of this Veterinarian. The assistant was great as well. Took both dogs for shots and a wellness visit. Truely felt like they had the best interest of our dogs health. Unlike some that only see the $$$$$ signs . Molly and Ari say thank you.

We had an emergency with my large dog so needed to get him seen quickly. They fit us in that morning and took excellent care of him upon arrival. Dr. McCalla was thorough and explained everything to me so we could make decisions about what to do for him. She also called me herself that evening to check on him and again the next morning to check on him and give us test results. Fortunately he was better the next day after some treatment. I am new to the area so we did not have a vet here. It was a big relief to find a vet that made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

Both my cat and dog have been patients of Drs. Roland and McCalla for years, and now Dr. Walker makes that list. Wonderful doctors and staff.

My parent’s cat “dolly” was exhibiting some issues that were concerning. I called them Monday morning and was able to get her in Monday afternoon. Dr. Roland and her staff at Waterway Veterinary in Little River were absolutely wonderful to Dolly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I would never go to any other veterinarian but Waterway and I (and Dolly) highly recommend you try them. You won’t be disappointed.

This office is so nice and clean! Everyone is very friendly and easy going. We never have an issue getting an appointment when we need one. They’re very upfront with pricing which I appreciate and they never force the options they’re giving me but they provide me with the information and advise me what they think is best but ultimately it’s my decision and they are respectful of that. We have seen Dr. walker for a couple years now and we love her! We have enjoyed all the techs we have encountered as well especially Kiersten!

We have the utmost trust in the quality of care at Waterway. Sharon was so helpful in getting an appointment within 24 hrs of our call. While not an emergency, it was nice to be able to bring our pup to be seen as soon as possible. Kiersten and Dr. Walker were very gentle and patient with him. Both clearly love taking care of pets. The follow up is excellent and we appreciated Dr. Walker taking the time to explain options and next possible steps.

Receptionist Rhonda greeted me with a smile. Vet tech Amber is very polite professional and helpful. Amber is very knowledgeable with her position. Dr. McCalla is a wonderful veterinarian. She is also professional and very thorough with examining Remington. I am very well satisfied and pleased. The office and exam rooms are very clean! Excellent service and treatment for my dog, Leia. Kiersten greeted us very warmly and was very affectionate throughout and explained in detail all the treatment options Leia needed. Dr. Roland also showed us a lot of compassion and explained everything my dog ​​had and the treatment plan. I’ve taken my French bulldog Frankie to Dr MaCalla since I relocated to Sunset Beach a few years ago, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she and the staff are at Waterway Animal Hospital. They’ve helped my little guy (and me) through everything from allergies, IBD, laser therapy for a neck injury, down to ear infections, all with warm, kind compassion that I as an owner really appreciate. The entire staff there are truly amazing and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Being from out of state and trying to find a veterinarian and team that you trust is not easy and their team makes me feel completely at home. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my boy!
